Dedicated Account Manager
Every customer is allocated a dedicated Account Manager as a first port of call for any questions and support needed. Your Account Manager will be with you on each step of your Creditsafe journey.
Our promise to you - Service Level Agreements
In addition to your Account Manager, Creditsafe has a dedicated support team to help you with any queries you have during your time with Creditsafe.
Part of our service to you:
- All queries are acknowledged (and in 99% of occasions resolved) the same day
- If we are unable to resolve your query then we will ensure your query is passed on to someone who can, we aim to resolve escalated queries within 48 working hours of the query being raised.
- Data Cleanse and Enhancement are delivered within 48 working hours
- We have an excellent switchboard team who aim to answer your call within three rings, and our current average wait time is less than 30 seconds
- Unlimited training delivered in the form of a webinar at a date and time convenient to you.
Online Training Programme
Despite us taking great pride in our products being easy to use we understand that everyone may need some help sometimes in getting the most out of the Creditsafe system. Therefore, we have a full online training support programme ensuring that you are able to get training on any Creditsafe product at a time that is convenient for you.
